This is one of those lots where the house placement makes the backyard feel twice as large.

The side entrance is what makes this one interesting. Depending on the interior layout, there may be a second-unit or house-hack angle here.

Four and a bit miles, mostly the old grid. The sidewalks on this stretch are terrible and the tree canopy is worth it anyway.

Hand-painted, repainted, and repainted again. The brass has been polished by thirty years of hands and nothing else.

Still there, still brass, no longer used. The ivy is winning slowly and politely.

Eighteen feet wide, give or take, wedged between two much older neighbors.
